1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using petticora.co.uk ("the Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. About Petticora
Petticora provides a wedding discovery and planning platform. The Site allows couples to browse, shortlist, and contact UK wedding venues and suppliers, and provides planning tools including budget tracking, guest management, checklists, and a timeline builder. Petticora is not a booking agent and does not take a commission or booking fee from transactions between couples and suppliers.
3. Listings and supplier information
Venue and supplier listings on Petticora are for discovery purposes only. While we take care to present accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all details (pricing, availability, services) are current. Contracts, payments, and all commercial arrangements are made directly between you and the supplier. Petticora is not a party to those agreements.
4. User accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or use it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
5. Supplier accounts
Businesses listing on Petticora must provide truthful information about their services. Petticora reserves the right to remove or edit any listing that contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content. Paid subscription plans are billed monthly via Stripe; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site that is created by Petticora — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to Petticora. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Supplier-uploaded photos and text remain the property of the respective supplier.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petticora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or from dealings with suppliers you find through the Site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
